A Poetry reading by Marianne Betterly-Kohn, Lucille Lang Day, and Andrena Zawinski will present poetry inspired by art, music, beauty, and the creative process. An open mic will follow. Refreshments will be provided

Rhythm and Harmony, a TaKeTiNa workshop
Hosted by Rhythm in Action, www.RhythminAction.com
In this rhythm meditation workshop,
we will explore what it feels like
to harmonize our rhythmic energies.

Because you are part of nature, you already carry these
rhythm harmonies (polyrhythmic relationships) in your body.

This workshop is an opportunity for you to awaken your ability to feel them,
and realize your potential for finding harmony in your life.

We will use The TaKeTiNa process to:
* deeply relax (reduce stress)
* explore rhythmic harmonies (polyrhythm)
* increase awareness
* awaken natural intelligence
* synchronize brain hemispheres (hemi-sync)
